PlayNest
This programme lays the foundations for successful language learning for children aged 6-18 months, and develops their cognitive, physical and social skills in a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment. Every aspect of PlayNest is specially designed for hands-on, interactive learning and language stimulation, enabling infants and their caregivers to have fun together as they participate in an array of theme-based activities which address all the key aspects of children’s learning at this very special age.

PlayClub
Every activity in PlayClub is specially designed to cultivate an enjoyment of language, allowing child aged 1½-3½ to comprehend and assimilate what they see, hear and experience more effectively. Children are introduced to key concept words and phrases and the natural rhythm of Standard Mandarin through stories, puppets, drama activities, art and craft, songs and healthy snacks. Little Pandas
Previously known as Mandarin PlaySchool, our Little Pandas programmes immerses Nursery 1 and Nursery 2 children in a Mandarin learning environment for 5 days a week. The classroom environment is fun, stimulating and nurturing – a place where every young child feels at home. A highly interactive curriculum encourages children’s overall development, motivating them to become confident and expressive individuals. The programme lays a strong foundation for learning Mandarin at a critical stage of language development for young children.

Language Learners
This programme takes the best from our current Early Readers and Mandarin EduDrama programmes. Engaging activities, including storytelling, role play, music and movement, art and craft and writing practice will enable children to develop their competency in all four components of language learning: speaking and listening, reading and writing. Most importantly they will enjoy the learning process.

Cultural Arts
Through music, dance, drama, art and stories, Cultural Arts gives preschool children insights into Chinese culture while enabling them to absorb Standard Mandarin in fun and exciting arts-rich environment. Our lively and passionate teachers, professionally trained in a variety of traditional Chinese performance and visual arts, lead children through a series of expressive disciplines. Immersing them in the arts develops each child’s creativity and strengthens the relationship between dynamic thought and language acquisition, motivating them to communicate and express themselves through newly discovered art forms.

Mental Arithmetic
This mathematics programme teaches Kindergarten 2 children to make numerical calculations accurately and rapidly. The programme begins by teaching children to count and work out mathematical problems using the fingers of both hands, leading them on to more complex and skilled finger movements which awaken their innate ability to make quick mental calculations. Other benefits include dexterity and hand-to-eye co-ordination, and an enhanced ability to communicate in Mandarin. A variety of teaching methods are used to make learning mathematical skills fun and rewarding.

Han Yu Pin Yin
This programme prepares Kindergarten 2 children for the requirements of the Singapore Ministry of Education’s primary school Hanyu Pinyin curriculum. Reading and writing skills are developed through games, activities and picture comprehension exercises; while correct pronunciation is mastered through rhymes, tongue-twisters, stories and exercises to develop blending skills.

Creative Writing
Our Creative Writing programme draws on a series of stimulating strategies and techniques which enable children in Primary 1-4 to understand and enjoy using essential elements of spoken Mandarin and Chinese script. The programme uses a range of strategies to stimulate each child’s creative thinking and enable them to create their own pieces of literature. They learn to use language imaginatively, resulting in colourful and confident speech and writing.

Language Skills
Our Language Skills programme supports students in Primary 1-4 in reaching the standards expected for the Singapore Ministry of Education’s primary school Mandarin curriculum. Each level of the programme focuses on developing listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through a variety of dynamic and age-appropriate teaching methods. The programme enables children to progressively add colour and depth to their existing Mandarin communication skills. As they master the use of expressive vocabulary, pronunciation and cadence, and increasingly complex sentence structures, they learn to appreciate the intricacies of the language and enjoy using it in all areas of life.

Mandarin Expressions
Our Mandarin Expressions programme supports children in meeting the demands of the Singapore Ministry of Education’s Primary 5 and 6 Mandarin curriculum. It also enhances their ability to express themselves in the language with confidence, and gives them the opportunities to explore uses of the language in contexts which go beyond school work and are meaningful and relevant to their lives. The programme makes learning Mandarin meaningful and rewarding for upper-primary students, inspiring an enjoyment of the language for academic purposes and in many other areas of life.
